How do I track my order?
With every order, a tracking link with tracking number, courier name, estimated delivery date and location updates, is provided for your reference on SMS, E-mail and WhatsApp.
Can I choose a preferred courier company or mode of delivery?
Depending on your location, we select a courier company with the best service in your area. We work with Delhivery, ECOM Express, XpressBees, DTDC, Shadowfax, Amazon Shipping, Borzo, Uber, and Porter to name a few. Shipments can be sent by Surface or by Air. We can also send goods by Cargo/Transport for Bulk orders to reduce shipping costs. You can inform us about your preferred courier partner and we will ship the products through them.
Is there a dedicated delivery customer care?
Yes, our delivery-related customer care queries are handled by a dedicated delivery management team. Their number is active for calls and WhatsApp. Number is +91-8882420211
What are the payment options?
Payments can be made online, through Google Pay, Phone Pay, PayTM, UPI, Bank Account transfer, and online Payment gateway by Razorpay.
To promote Cashless transactions and maintain touchless deliveries, we have currently discontinued Cash on delivery for all our products throughout India.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by calling our customer care number at +91-9599911195. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
Cancellation after dispatch is not allowed. Such orders will attract a fine of 5% of the order value as processing charges and twice the shipping amount since courier companies charge us both the return and delivery charges if the buyer refuses to accept the shipment.
What is your return policy?
We have a 'NO RETURNS' policy for all our products. We ensure that all products are thoroughly checked to match quality standards and then dispatched. You can request a video of the product before dispatch to double-check if the right product is being sent to you as per your satisfaction. Please buy only if you wish to keep the product.
How long do you take to deliver the order?
Once your order is confirmed, products are shipped within 3 business days and then delivered within 5 to 7 working days in regular conditions. Certain unavoidable delays due to weather or any delays caused by courier companies that are not in our control, may lead to delays. You can check the expected date of delivery through the tracking link shared. Please be aware that after the shipment leaves our warehouse, there is really not much we can do to accelerate delivery, modify the address, or call/ask the courier provider for changes.
What is your policy on wrong products delivered or breakage during transit?
We allow 24 hours of reporting time from the time of delivery of the courier. You can inform us of any breakage during transit, product mismatch, wrong colour of the product or a manufacturing defect. An unboxing video without any cuts or pauses is mandatory as proof to claim any damage/fault. The video should begin with the sealed parcel being shown from all sides as sent by us and then any tapes or seals removed later, followed by your observation of the discrepancy. Upon receiving satisfactory proof, we will take full responsibility and get it replaced for you at our cost. Please note that minor scratches/stains that do not affect the product's usability are not considered damage and are not subject to replacement.
How do I return an item?
Returns are allowed only under special circumstances, as mentioned above. We will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address. You will have to stick the reverse-shipping label that we will provide you on Email/ Whatsapp, Lost cartons, damaged cartons, missing products will not be eligible for returns under any circumstance.
Am I eligible for the CASH ON DELIVERY facility?
